I applied for a withdrawal of 2000💲 on your platform on the previous month, September 2nd. It was approved on September 4th, but until now, October 18th, the funds have not been credited to my account. In this month, October 12th, I applied for another withdrawal of 4669.22💲, and it was approved on October 16th. Normally, it takes 4 working days for the withdrawal to be processed and credited to the account. Both of these withdrawal requests have been approved, but the funds have not been received. I have been in contact with customer service during this period, but they have been giving me the same response and avoiding giving a specific time frame. It has been over a month now, so please handle this matter as soon as possible.

出金审核通过一直没到账

我在上个月即9月2号在贵平台申请出金2000💲，9月4号审核通过，但是直到现在10月18号都没有到账，在本月即10月12号申请出金4669.22💲，10月16号审核通过，出金正常从申请到到账就4个工作日，以上两笔出金申请已通过审核，但是一直没有到账，期间也一直有联系客服咨询，但是客服一直都是同一个回复，一直在推脱，没有明确时间，现在已经一个多月了，请尽快处理
