DONGFANGGONG654432024年12月2日早上我从百利好环球平台出金到我建设银行卡5196.77美元，2024年12月2日下午收到从孙宁娟账户转来的37644元人民币，但在2024年12月22月收到陕西省榆林市横山分局反诈中心电话告知我12月2日收到的孙宁娟37644元人民币是涉嫌诈骗资金，银行卡被司法冻结，而且孙宁娟被依法拘留，公安机关要求我如数退还37644元到被骗人王玉兵账户内，否则要面临刑事拘留和罚款，因为担心有拘留风险无奈退赔了资金37644元，难道我本人就只能白白损失这些资金，在平台投资交易亏损自己还能接受，通过平台出金通道取回自己的资金被涉嫌诈骗我是无法接受这个事实，我要求百利好环球平台赔偿我的全部损失
