Hello, I have funds stuck in my Uee/meta trader 5 account. I was approached my a lady called Chen and spent months building my account up. When I can to withdraw I was told I need to pay 30% on my funds. Chen is now “unavailable” and the customer service email or WhatsApp doesn’t reply. Please any help would be appreciated on these funds can be recovered.

Uee International. Trying to communicate with uee International by phone, email, website chat doesn't work no customer services. I am struggling to get any response other than you have to pay a one off payment of $3000 to activate a withdrawal code. They now request a International 5% tax to be paid before money is released of $15,000 before you can withdraw. At first I tried to withdraw money after investing. But after 2-3 times of withdrawal the agent or the broker says we have a limit for withdrawal. I'm able to deposit fund of USD2.5K, however not able to withdraw my fund. I put in my fund withdrawal request on 2 Feb, however, it appears as withdrawal status 'in review" in the platform and no progress at all since then.
